3. It + takes (sb.)+ 时间（金钱）+ to do

It will take a whole day to get to the top of the mountain on foot. 步行将花费一整天时间到达山顶。

④ It is no good (no use，useless)＋doing sth. 做…是没有好处的／没有用的

It is no good smoking too much cigarette. 抽太多烟是没有好处的。

There is no need for us to argue about the matter any longer. 对我们来说争论这件事是没有必要的。

2. There is no point/sense in doing sth. 做某事没有意义

There is no point/sense in doing like this，so he will never change his mind. 像这样做是没有意义的，所以他不会改变他的想法。

11. too 句型

(1) too…to…太……而不能……

Politics is too important to be left to the politicians. 政治太重要了，不能交给政客们处理。

(2) can’t … too +形容词 无论……也不为过

You can not be too careful. 你再小心也不为过。
